So it was about 7 years ago and I spotted a small ad in the Herald Sun which stated “when Banks say no”. I figure why not I will give it a shot, I called the number and Frank Barragan answered, so I started off with Hi Frank, my credit may not be so good and I am nearing my 50’s but I would like to buy a house. Frank did not laugh he merely said “well lets have a chat and see what we can do”. True to his word Frank and I met and within two weeks of working with Frank to see what we can do, we were talking mortgage, we were meeting with people about my options, and I now own a home. We chose our builder, chose our plan and chose our plot of land. What I thought would never be has been a dream came true. So I now own a 6 bedroom home. Last year my husband and I decided that we wanted to go for a holiday to America with our grandson which included Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, San Francisco, Alcatraz, Lombard Street, but for this dream to happen I needed to find finance again, so of course Frank was the first person to speak with.
